Due to the intimate and sensitive nature of these items, Returns must be in original condition in which they were received (unwashed, unworn, and with the original tags & packaging).

Eligible merchandise can be returned to Fancycollect for store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase.

Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange (see list of final sale items above).

We will issue a store credit or refund for eligible returned items, as well as associated state tax. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the error was on our end.
